Half Machine Lip Moves Episode 31: 2/18/2018

The first-ever Half Machine Lip Moves Valentines/Anti-Valentines Day show. We started with punk and noise rock/no wave about love and breakups; then we played industrial songs about hate and revenge; had a nasty and hateful power electronics set (As if there's another kind of power electronics?); then we had a little set about love and uh, …black gloves and discipline; then we had a synthpop/minimal wave set themed around breakups and loneliness; then we closed with a set of lonely and isolated ambient set.

Note: we're currently migrating our podcasts to a new hosting service and tweaking its settings. This file was encoded with LAME at VBR level 7, to strike a balance between small file size and decent audio quality. We'll upgrade the MP3s to 128 kbps—which is the same quality level as our station's stream—if you ask for it.
